The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance — light and dark held in harmony. This in-person workshop explores the heart as an intelligent, organizing center through accessible science, gentle movement, and embodied reflection.

Participants will be guided through education, yin yoga, qigong, restorative rest, and integration practices designed to support clarity, coherence, and intentional action.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. The movement portions are designed to be accessible and supportive for all bodies, regardless of previous experience.

What should I bring?

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in. Bring a water bottle and an optional journal for reflection.

Is this a workout?

No. While we involve movement through yin yoga and qigong, the focus is on nervous system regulation and embodiment, not strenuous exercise.

Is Cor Cordium meant to be consumed?

No. Cor Cordium is offered as a symbolic companion to the workshop and is not for ingestion.

Are there medical claims?

No. This workshop is strictly educational and experiential. If you have medical concerns, please consult a professional.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

This workshop is a one-time, in-person experience and is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be applied as a credit toward one of the following offerings. Credit must be used within 90 days of the workshop date:

  • One private session
  • A Foundations or Orientation class
  • An ADEPT Membership

Credits are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and must be used by the original registrant.
